Established by Donald Lousley in 1992, the business started supplying 600 schools in the South Island of New Zealand with highly effective educational software. It then gradually morphed into all aspects of using Mac computers in conjunction with the communication opportunities presented by a rapidly evolving Internet, and was on-line in fact before New Zealand’s largest ISP xtra.co.nz was conceived.
When Donald first used a Mac in Antarctica in 1990 it was an epiphany. Since then his vision has encompassed sharing with others how to use them to communicate – taking what we can do as one, beyond the power of one.
A Mac Plus in 1993, and the Internet was a compelling combination!
His interest in landscape photography goes back to the tender age of 12 years.
